1. Acceptance

By accessing or using agorch.io (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

agorch.io lets you orchestrate AI agents, chat with an orchestrator, and connect remote MCP agents. Features may change as the product evolves.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Abuse connected agents, APIs, or third-party MCP servers beyond their intended use
• Upload or transmit malware, spam, or content that infringes others’ rights

5. Third-party agents and MCP

Agents and MCP servers you connect may be operated by third parties. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. agorch.io is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or data handling.

6. AI-generated content

Outputs from AI models and agents may be inaccurate or incomplete. You remain responsible for verifying results before relying on them for decisions, production systems, or compliance-sensitive work.

7. Credits, billing, and refunds

agorch.io uses prepaid USD credits. There is no subscription and no commitment. You may add credits with a one-shot payment and, optionally, enable auto-refill with a saved payment method. AI usage (tokens and billable tools such as web search) is deducted from your wallet according to your consumption. Credits expire twelve (12) months after they are added to your wallet. Usage consumes the oldest remaining credits first.

No refund will be issued for purchased credits, unused balances, expired credits, or mid-term cancellation of auto-refill. Credits already credited to your wallet remain available until consumed, until they expire, or until your account is closed in accordance with these terms.

Under Article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts: “13° For the supply of digital content without a physical medium, the execution of which has begun before the end of the withdrawal period and, if the contract requires the consumer to pay, when: a) The consumer has given prior express consent for the execution of the contract to begin before the expiration of the withdrawal period; b) The consumer has acknowledged that they will lose their right of withdrawal; and c) The professional has provided confirmation of the consumer's agreement in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of Article L. 221-13.” The client explicitly agrees and acknowledges that completing a purchase on agorch.io instantly triggers the execution of the associated service. By confirming payment, the client accepts these general terms and conditions of sale and expressly waives their right of withdrawal, with no possibility of reversing their decision.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if continued use risks the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, agorch.io shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
